Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. The following is the return/cancellation policy:
- A refund will be given for a purchase that does not exceed NIS 3,000, and within 48 hours of purchase. The following cancellation clauses are relevant to the products purchased up to this amount.
- A refund will be made using the same payment method paid for the product.
- Cancellation fee according to the law – 5% of the transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
- A product will be replaced or returned only in its original packaging, without any signs of use. The product will be sent for inspection for the approval of the gemstones and/or embedded diamonds, and only after its approval will the return be given to the customer.
- No products purchased with special order will be returned at the customer’s request, jewelry made in a personal design, jewelry that was ordered or selected for them diamonds at the customer’s request, jewelry that was manufactured to the extent or matched to their size, wedding rings and more.
- Jewelry purchased for a sum exceeding NIS 3,000 and in any case of return not under the conditions set forth above, the Company may at its discretion grant a credit or allow the exchange of another product, within 14 days of the date of purchase, in accordance with the following policy
- The supplier may cancel the order in the following cases: Super mistake, inventory finish, inability to deliver the product. In this case, the customer will be fully rewarded
